The Spiritual Significance of the Winter Solstice and the Cultivation of Divine Consciousness ::

The Winter Solstice:: A Metaphysical Gateway :: (21 to 24 December)
The Winter Solstice is identified as the time when the "internal part of you" is at its most
receptive. It is a period when the "gates that separate the outer and inner world is open,"
providing an unparalleled opportunity for spiritual work and personal evolution.

-
Historical Significance: The document notes that ancient structures were built to
align with this event. Khufu of the 4th Dynasty constructed the Great Pyramid to
monitor the timing of the Solstices, and the Temple of Amen-Ra was designed to
open to the solstice's sunlight, an event associated with the Heb Sed festival.
-
Atmospheric Conditions: The "Prana/Chi" (astral light or life-force energy) in the
atmosphere is less dense during winter months. This condition is compared to how
radio transmissions improve in winter, suggesting a clearer channel for spiritual
communion and meditation.
-
Spiritual Opportunities: This period offers a heightened ability to:
-
Achieve altered states of consciousness, referred to as Trance, Nirvana, or Samadi.
-
Reorganize and restructure one's life by connecting with the "World spirit."
-
Learn from within, as genius in art, mathematics, and science is understood to originate from the inner self.
-
The Path of Ausar:: Identifying with Consciousness
The central figure in this spiritual framework is Ausar, who represents the vehicle of consciousness itself. The primary purpose of spirituality is to shift one's identification away
from the temporary aspects of being and onto this eternal, divine core.
The Nature of Ausar:
-
Ausar is equated with the conscience, the "small voice" within that serves as the "Judge of the Living."
-
This consciousness is also described as the "all seeing eye" and "The Watcher."
-
Living by divine law empowers the conscience, creating a covenant where consciousness communicates directly with the individual.
The Goal of Self-Divinity:
The "Original African Approach" is defined by its focus
on awakening one's own divinity. The objective is not to worship an external god but
"to become God" by realizing the divine nature that lies dormant within. This involves
a process of judging the ideas in the mind and inspecting "Living Truth."
Principles and Practices for Spiritual Attainment
Achieving alignment with Ausar requires dedicated preparation and adherence to specific
spiritual laws and practices.
A. Preparation for Meditation
To purify the self and raise vitality, a specific regimen is recommended:
-
Diet: A clean, vegetarian diet with reduced animal protein. Incorporating "Raw Protein" is advised to raise vitality.
-
Psychic Purification: Practices such as "Bamboo breath," "Naddi Shuddi," and "Qi Qong /Tai Chi exercise" are prescribed to purify the psychic centers.
-
Nightly Ritual: A consistent practice of nightly meditation, including a "Declaration of freedom from Sin." And commitment not to continue with errors of living

B. The Laws of Ma’at, the body of Ausar
A set of ten guiding principles forms the "Body of Ausar," focused on proper identification
and spiritual conduct :: Used in the Meditation sessions and declarations of freedom from sin.
1. I have not identified with the human mind.
2. I have not identified with my emotions.
3. I have not identified with my physical body.
4. I have not chosen to go against my conscience.
5. I have not killed the spirit of Ausar in my being.
6. I have not given power to Set, negative thoughts
7. I have not dismissed the feelings of guilt in response to the judgement from my
conscience.
8. I have not declared that any man is my enemy.
9. I have not declared that any event is against me.
